Proven Track Record
Infocheck Solutions was founded in California during the Covid-19 pandemic as the background check industry was scrambling for solutions to their public records services with court closures and automation irregularities. The founders, having combined 100+ years of direct industry knowledge & experience, sought an opportunity to solve some of these issues starting with California where DOB redactions were added to the list of challenges facing CRAs and their criminal background checks. With core competencies built around organic growth, transparency & customer service, ICS is poised to tackle the challenges being experienced by the background check industry coming out of the Pandemic.

Vic Evans
CEO
Vic started his career in the background screening industry back in 2002 as a court researcher. In 2012 he co-founded Crime Finders Inc. (CFi) and served as its Vice President up until it was acquired in a sale in 2018. Having served in all the major roles that make up a background check starting from court researcher all the way up to an executive has given Vic the unique expertise and experience to lead ICS as their CEO.

Areg Mirzakanian
VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Areg has been involved in the background screening industry since 2001 in various management and executive positions. Most recently he was a part of the executive team at Crime Finders (CFi) and played a role in its acquisition in 2018. He then took over as Director of Business Operations for ICS where his experience with business administration, finance, and compliance plays an integral role for ICS’s business objectives.

Vadim Chinivizyan
VICE PRESIDENT OF RESEARCH OPERATIONS
Vadim began his career in the background screening industry in 2005. Prior to joining InfoCheck Solutions (ICS), he helped establish Crime Finders, Inc. (CFI) which was acquired in 2019. Throughout his career, Vadim has worked in various capacities within the background screening industry. He has always been determined to improve the customer experience and continues to make that his priority today.

John Lawrence
VICE PRESIDENT OF CLIENT EXPERIENCE
John is an award-winning marketing executive who began his background screening career in 2007. Leading marketing and business development, he played a pivotal role in growing the consumer reporting agency General Information Services (GIS) into one of the largest background screening operations in the U.S., later helping navigate its merger with HireRight. John has also held leadership roles in operations, marketing, sales, client relations, and product development for multiple CRAs, wholesale screening providers, and investigative data providers. He holds a bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University. His vast knowledge and experience positions him to grow ICS and set our customers up for success.
