County Criminal Records
The county courts predominately used criminal records database will be indexed for the most up-to-date comprehensive information filed within the search scope requested. If records are found, they will ONLY be reported if the full name and DOB matches that of the applicants. Case information may include case number, violation date, file date, disposition date, charges, disposition of each charge, sentencing information, and active warrants.
County Civil Records
The county courts predominately used civil records database will be indexed for the most up-to-date comprehensive information filed within the search scope requested. If records are found, they will ONLY be reported if the full name and middle name or initial matches that of the applicants. Case information will include case number, file date, judgment date, type of case, parties involved, and the judgment amount.
File Retrieval Services
File retrieval services are offered for any criminal or civil case files for copies, certifications, or simply to verify critical information that may not be available to the public electronically. Copy & certification fees may apply for these requests. Types of documents that may be retrieved but not limited to are case complaint, register of action, warrant information, and identifiers.
