Because risk doesn’t stop after the pre-hire background check
A first of its kind real-time monthly, criminal court search service that monitors criminal filings in locations for which approximately 91% of California’s labor-force population resides. This solution works in conjunction with any of the Golden State CrimSweep™ products. Each month, a new “CrimSweep™ I” search is performed on individuals who are maintained on a roster by your client, to detect any new county criminal court filings that were not available at the time of the original search. If or when a new case filing is identified, an alert notification is sent directly to the CRA, identifying the county in which the filing occurred. If the CRA & its end-user client wishes to investigate further, they can simply order a single county criminal search based on the alert — enabling targeted, efficient follow-up.
